Position Details

Location: 824 W. Lamar Alexander Pkwy, Maryville, TN 37801

Hours: Flexible, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Pay Rate: $14–$18 per hour, based on experience and performance

Employment Type: Temporary (to cover maternity leave), with potential for full-time or transition to a clinical assisting role based on practice needs

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
• Handle phone calls promptly and professionally
• Process insurance claims and payments
• Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Outgoing, customer-service-oriented personality
• Knowledge of dental and insurance processes
• Strong math skills for handling payments and billing
• Ability to answer phones quickly and efficiently
• Previous experience in a dental or medical office is a plus
