This is a unique "learn-while-you-earn" opportunity. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about patient care and want to eventually become Registered Dental Assistants (RDA).
Several of our current team members are moving on to Hygiene School this fall, opening up these coveted training spots. We have a proven track record of mentoring our staff and will provide the hands-on clinical training and support necessary for you to achieve your clinical licensure.
The Career Path
- Phase 1: Sterilization Technician – Learn the foundation of clinical safety, instrument processing, and operatory setup.
- Phase 2: Clinical Training – Shadow our experienced assistants and doctors to learn chairside assisting techniques.
- Phase 3: Licensure – We assist you with the requirements and training needed to obtain your professional state licensure.

- A Desire to Learn: You don't need prior dental experience, but you must be eager to master new clinical skills.
